Education Qualification:

For Post Code A to E:
Candidates must have master’s degree in Hindi with English as an elective or compulsory subject or as the medium of exam.
Candidate must have passed master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as an elective or compulsory subject.

Must have passed diploma or certificate curse in translation from Hindi to English & Vice versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or state Government Office, including Govt of India undertaking.

Education Qualification for Post Code “F”:
Candidates Must have master’s degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as an elective or compulsory subject.
Candidates must have bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subject,

Education Qualification for Post Code “G”:
Applicants must have completed bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject at degree level either as compulsory or optional from the recognized university or Institute plus Master’s Degree in any subject from the recognized university.

Age Limitation:

Candidate’s age should be not exceeding 30 years as on the date 1 Jan 2018. age relaxation will be applicable as per the government rules.


a candidates must be either a citizen of India or subject of Nepal or subject of Bhutan or Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st Jan 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India

person having Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan , Burma, Sri Lanka, East African and other countries.

Applicants must have to pay Rs 100/- and application fee can be paid through SBI Challan/SBI Net Banking or via Debit/Credit card.

Syllabus SSC Junior Hindi Translator Recruitment 2018:

With the help of syllabus applicants can be able to prepare well and better for the exam. In the Paper-I question in SSC JHT Paper (General Hindi and General English) will be designed to test the applicant’s understanding of the literature and language right user of words, idioms, phrases and ability o write the language properly.

In the JHT Paper-II (translation and Essay) consist two passages to translate, in which one passage to translation from English to Hindi and on passage to translation from Hindi to English.
